Just got back from a great trip to South Carolina and thought I'd send a couple pics of our bikes and Drop-Tail trailers.

The trailers perform great and the "looks" we got are priceless! I'll be in touch in the fall to order a cycle dolly (when it comes time to put the bike away for the winter) but in the meantime.

I have had my drop tail trailer a little over a year now, and have already put 14,000km of trailering on it! This is the most awesomely designed trailer you will ever find. Incredibly stable on the highway, easy for one person to load a large heavy bike, and the way it stands on its end for storage is absolutely the best!

But I've left the best part till the end! I had a few small problems with the trailer which could have escalated into a major problem, but the help and support I received from the manufacturer was, to put it mildly, incredible. I have never dealt with a company that was so nice to deal with, and went out of their way to make sure that I was totally satisfied with what I had, no matter what was needed to make my problem right!

Thank you to all the staff from top to bottom - that is how a company should be run!
